This is the Hop Press post which mysteriously didn’t auto-publish while I was away and it’s about my new and growing love for sour beer. It also looks at a progression of beer drinking, which I think goes a little like this: lager, ale, dark ale, strong ale, imperial stout, big IPAs, sours, session beer and lager. Well put Mark. It appears we have both taken the same journey. Brewing beer is another optional step I took, but being a biochemistry student at the time gave me a little advantage. I recon you would make a good brewer, but for now I would say your a great beer writer.
